STā Architecture
STā is experienced with structures from subterranean to mid-rise, and with uses from multifamily and interval ownership to light industrial, retail, restaurant, office, mixed-use, ambulatory medical, and custom residential. However we are especially excited to explore and experience new uses and compositions, taking full advantage of our flexible design process.
One key to our success is recognizing where to place priorities – we spend a great deal of effort identifying value opportunities and we use those opportunities to inform our designs and design strategy. At STā we don’t adhere to a specific design agenda or style. Analysis and design effort is applied to every detail from nut, bolt and diffuser to views, lighting and user experience, fashioning distinct design solutions for each project. We can provide meticulous documentation and detailing, exploring solutions to fit each circumstance and mixing time tested and dependable methods with creative invention. This project-based design process delivers practical functionality, while encouraging distinct artistic expression.
